Orders are shipped every next Monday, however in some cases, we may be able to ship sooner depending on our customers request. We highly recommend priority mail shipping if you are looking to recieve your package in a rush as we cannot guarantee your order will arrive in time before your desired date with first class mail. We are not obligated to expedite your shipping time if you have not paid for priority shipping.

Keep in mind, due to a growing one person business and every order being hand made to order, we have a processing time of around 3-5 days for orders. Processing times are not including in the shipping times as processing is the time it takes for us to handcraft your product, while shipping times is the time it takes for USPS to deliver the package directly to you. We cannot gurantee your order will be shipped within 3 days so please make sure to order with the priority shipping option if you are in a rush.

All pacifier items are shipped with First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail and tracking will be provided! Seller is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages so please make sure to put the correct delivery address as orders are unable to be changed after shipping labels are created. Seller may help you contact USPS, however seller is NOT responsible to send a replacement if the package states “DELIVERED.” If item received is damaged, please reach out to me within 1 day of receiving your order.
